Shortboards

Shortboards, these are the popular boards to date, generally shortboards are between 5’8 – 6’10, this may vary though. All Surfboards start life in the same fashion, put simply they are shaped foam coated with fiberglass for strength. Shortboards vary in shape but most shortboards will have a pointed nose. The shortboard or aptly named Thruster in the surf world is popular for fast moves when catching the waves.
