Christmas Orders

Orders placed before Tuesday 23rd December 12pm will be delivered for Christmas by first class post.
Returns for items bought as gifts for Christmas has an extended returns policy until 31st January 2011. Items can be returned for an exchange or full refund within this period subject to the condition of the item returned.

Our normal delivery method will be via Post Office Services "Standard Delivery". Proof of delivery is always gained for Recorded and Special next day- so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to follow-up and resolve this. In the case of larger parcels the method used is "Parcel Force". Again, coverage is in place to ensure that we are positioned to follow-up and resolve any delays or problems.

On working days, we try to process all orders up to 2.00pm the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following morning and delivery time is usually between 2-3 days. In the unlikely event of a problem we will contact you before hand do discuss the options.
